Finished my second entry for the portfolio :3
He's a cheeky one, i think. Colored pencils on blue parchment.
There will be a female to be paired with him, but she's still just an outline on paper :P
Whether I finish her in time for the folio or no, i'm glad to have been able to fulfill my spots in this collaboration n.n |

| Portfolio CD until EF? |

I guess the portfolio will not be finished until end of August, or is there a chance?
Eurofurence starts on September 5th, and I would very much like to bring the portfolio (CD) to the Dealer's Den. If I remember this correctly, we will all get access to the high resolution artwork, so that we can burn the CDs ourselves and sell them (and donate the money). Will there be some CD Cover we all can use? I think it would be nice if all CDs had the same cover.
Selling stuff at a con is usually much more successful than just selling online. It would be sad if we'd miss that chance. |

Okay, update!
So the second due date has passed. However, since there are still quite a few people who I have not received submissions from yet, I am going to be extending the due date again. Also, since LeeAnn wanted to change the CD idea, the DLCC no longer really has a due date, since they will be using the images for other fundraiser methods.
SO… the people who I still have yet to hear from, whenever you get done, just e-mail a high-res version to: wlfdog@gmail.com PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE sign your name clearly with a © somewhere on the work where it will be clearly visible to others – I want to make sure that every artist is properly credited for their work.
List of artists I am still waiting for art from:

Scully Raptor & Scribble Fox – Akita
Wicked Sairah – Alaskan Malamute, and I believe you were doing the Shiba Inu as well
Huskie – Siberian Husky (no rush hon, as I said before… I know what’s going on in your personal life… *hugs*)

Iron Raptor – Grate Dane **pending**
Calikat – Tosa Inu **pending**
Keihound – Fila Brazileiro
Balaa – Mastiff (either English or Bull Mastiff, and again I know what you've been going through, so don't feel that you need to rush...)

Tascun – Bull Terrier
Lizardbeth – American Pit Bull Terrier
Any of the above artists who feel that they have to back out of this portfolio for any reason, (and that’s okay! I know that personal things come up) please be courteous and let me know, and I will cross you off of the list. :) I will also cross these names off as I get the final images.
So as I said, no new due date per-say… though getting them by the end of the month would be fabulous. Just keep in mind that the longer it takes you to submit your final work, the longer it will take me to give everyone on this portfolio a link to nab all of the final artwork for creating your own CDs.
Thank you, and awesome job to those who have already submitted their work. We have some beautiful pieces here! Great work! |

I was *really* disappointed with how this came out. But I've been working with it as hard as I can. Okay, okay its not COMPLETELY finsihed. But I worked a 12 hours shift today, and I'll mail in a cleaner, larger version tomarrow, PROMISE. ):

Danebow
Despite their imposing size (breed standard for males is a minimum of 30" at the shoulder), these gentle and dignified giants are a loving part of the family. Great Danes come in a rainbow of colors, including Brindle, Fawn, Blue, Black, Mantle, and Harlequin. |

Finally done with him. A cute young doberman is ready to play!
I really wanted to do more with this, but, I've been overworking these past couple of weeks, so haven't had the time to sit down. I *really* wanted to do it in pencils, but time would not allow. :(
So I made an attempt at digital. :>
I figure if he gets used for other things (brochure or whatever) this will work just fine. :) |
